M J Harding building contractors was formed in 1985 originally as a carpentry and joinery contractor, the company grew employing tradesmen in all areas.
We have specialised in ‘ upmarket ‘ refurbishment’s in and around Chelsea and Belgravia, including work for designers, the arabian royal family, and a major development company. One of these projects within the city of London was awarded the prestigious best conversion 1995 by the evening standard.
Following on from this we formed ‘Primeplace Homes’ our own development company. We have constructed single dwellings, blocks of apartments and executive homes, all with top quality fittings and attention to detail.
